Five New and amazing WhatsApp features
1. View Once Feature
"View Once" will allow users to send photos and videos that, as the names suggest, can only be viewed once – once opened by the recipient(s), it will self-destruct.
How it works?
WhatsApp has confirmed that it will be removed from all platforms and will no longer be forwarded, starred, saved or shared.Any media sent using this feature will not be able to be recovered by the recipient, even if they have the option to automatically save photos or videos enabled on their phones.
14 days Policy:
Another thing to consider is that if a media file sent via the 'View Once' feature is not opened within 14 days, it will be deleted automatically.Caution issued by WhatsApp
WhatsApp has advised users to remain cautious and send this type of content only to trusted contacts, as the recipient can still take a screenshot of the media, just like in Snapchat or Instagram.2. Joinable Group Calls
In July 2021, WhatsApp has launched a new feature to the app that enables users to join a group voice call or group video call after it has started.The joinable calls feature allows people to join group calls whenever they want by going to the app's 'Calls' tab.
Key features
- It new call info screen, which allows users to see who is on the call as well as invited users who haven't yet joined.
- The new feature allows users to choose whenever they want to join the group call.
- Users can disconnect from an ongoing call and rejoin later if the call is still active.

3. WhatsApp PC Video Calls
WhatsApp's desktop app for Windows and Mac now supports making and receiving end-to-end encrypted voice and video calls.Previously, the feature was only available to a select group of users, but it is now available to everyone in Pakistan.
It will be beneficial for those who use WhatsApp desktops daily for work or personal purposes.
Drawback
However, the desktop app will only be supporting one-to-one calling, not group calls.
WhatsApp does promise that it will add support for group voice and video calls in the future, but it hasn't specified when this will happen.

4. Fast Playback for Voice Messages
WhatsApp has introduced a cool feature in 2021 that allows users to choose between different playback speeds when listening to an audio file.Users can speed up voice messages by first opening WhatsApp and then navigating to the relevant Voice Message.
How it works?
To listen to the Voice Message, press the play button. Adjust the '1x' on the voice message to '1.5x' by tapping on it. Tap it again to increase the speed from 1.5X to 2X.5. Transfer WhatsApp Chats from iPhone to Android
