  • Maintain a distance of at least one meter from anyone who is coughing and sneezing. So the virus may not spread.
  • Avoid non-essential traveling.
  • Always eat perfectly cooked meat. Do not eat half-cooked meat or eggs
  • Use more water in drinking and washing.
  • Limit touch with pets & animals: You need to limit contact with pets and different animals at the same time as you are sick with COVID-19, just like you would round different people.
